I've started listening to books on Audible since I cannot seem to find time to read anymore. I listen on my commute and sometimes on the treadmill. I recently listened Atomic Habits which was great!

Back pain is so terrible...I hope you're feeling better! Maybe some gentle heat would help?

12,000 minutes! Congrats! That's awesome.

I hopped on the Treadmill last night after work for 30 minutes of brisk walking/jogging even though I was feeling exhausted. I'm going to work on my "all or nothing" mindset. I tend to skip it if I can't go "all in" and I need to reset my thinking on that. Any movement is good movement, right? Looking forward to a big…

I adore the Calm App! I swear by the Sleep Stories....I listen to the same one over and over because I never make it halfway through before falling asleep. I never though bedtime stories would work for me but they really do!

This weekend will be pretty quiet for me. We are set to get some long awaited and much needed rain. Our entire region is on a three week Shelter In Place again as of this morning so I'm hoping to catch up on some cleaning and laundry...and maybe get a walk in if there is a break in the rain. I will likely make a big pot of…

You'll have to share with us what you end up cooking! Sounds like a nice relaxing weekend. :)

I think that's amazing. I love the idea of people taking care of each other. <3

I'm in serious need of some new recipes....I like to cook but trying to come up with things to cook all the time is my least favorite. Especially when it's me and two teenage boys. ;)

Had a good sleep last night so I woke up feeling refreshed this morning. Work day is going by quickly, sun is shining and I'm on a 3 day logging streak so it's a good day!

That's fantastic! I haven't run a marathon in a long time. The HM is more my jam now. :)

Love that! I would workout in nature all the time if I could!

Running is my favorite, but illness and injuries have set me back in the past 12 months so I'm building base right now. My work schedule doesn't really allow for outdoor running this time of year (too much of a scaredy cat in the dark by my lonesome) so I invested in a treadmill last month. I also love bootcamp style…

One of my main goals by year end is to commit to setting them! ;) * Weekly goals * Consistent workouts (3-4 days/wk minimum) * Focus on controlling emotional eating.

Good points! I will form the group this week. Now to think of a name. There are several groups named women over 50..one is fabulous. So what can we call ourselves? [/quote] I would love to be a part of your group! Definitely looking to engage and be an accountability partner. How do I join?

Hi There! I'm not "new" per se but have really only used the app to track foods. I could really use the accountability...2020 has not been my most stellar year for health. I am 53 and have about 40lbs to lose. I love to run and just purchased a treadmill so I'm planning to start there and add some bootcamp/strength…

That's a great first step!
