Portion control that! You already bought it so it would be a waste to not eat it. So my advice would be to eat healthy and exercise as usual, and if u have left over calories you can fit some of that other food in as a treat! Good luck

I would say unless you're training for a specific event ( bodybuilding/fitness comp or strength show) why not incorporate all sorts of rep ranges?
