it depends what your choice is for your way of eating. Im low carb so Im on 30g of carbs. I think the Standard American Diet suggests 250g carbs.

bell pepper - has carbs & can be more than 50% of daily allowance. I only add a small amount for colour- wont do a stuffed pepper as too many carbs. Maybe the straw breaking the camels back

I shed 39kg over last 2 yearsbut put 8kg back on ... so back to the grind stone to not ruin all my achievement. We can do this!

I have just woke up from a terrible nights sleep. BP monitor reading kept failing during night due to inflation error. I must have lent on tube or had it twisted. still going thru more tests. neck & thyroid untrasound, ecocardiogram to check heart valves. On Monday will wear a BP monitor for 24 hours, it takes & records BP every 30 mins & from midnight to 6am hourly. - lets see if i sleep.

thankyou everyone. im not in stress, actually too chilled out actually. Dr has done a CT scan, all clear & blood tests results coming today, & I had my eyes retested & examined, all clear. Have been getting BP tested daily at chemist to keep average - figures above
