No probs with friends being added. The more the merrier. Been low carb with a sprinkle of keto for 16 months. 92lb gone now. Had a 3 month plateau type time where only 10lb was shed but my body obviously needed a break. Just this month things moving forward again. Yay

Your initial loss is normal but dont think it will stay on the same level for all of your 25lbs. Your body will settle in especially when you are fat adapted after 30 days. Things in weight loss department will slow down but other benefits will show up like more energy, softer skin, better sleep.

Add me. Been low carb and keto mixture for 13 months. Back into keto now. Shed 86lb in last 13 months. Been dieting for 40 years since i was 10 & failed failed failed on CICO. Thought it was my lack of will power. Low fat just never will work for me.
