BCAA's during lifting helps with recovery. This can be in addition to a morning and evening supplement or on its own.

Midsection is usually diet and core training. Diet to keep your blood sugar levels stable and core training to increase your muscle mass on your abdomen to help tighten things. Personally I double my body weight with my second child and feel I have tightened up. My photo is me.

I have you thought of trading running for lifting?

Putting on muscle will help you burn more calories while at rest. Have you thought of lifting weights?

Outside of leg day I can get in the gym and lift with a warm up and cool down in 45 min. Long enough for the little ones to watch one show and play

Anyone who is in the gym is really not paying attention to anyone, they are focused on the workout.

We feed a family of four on about that budget. We eat chicken, fish, veggies, fruit, rice, beans, milk and yogurt for the children. If you cut out processed food, cook and prepfor all meals and eating you can get ahead on the budget
