Hello everyone. I need a routine. I have minimal equipment, but I really need to start toning everywhere. I had a trainer but I wasn't getting anywhere with him. I have been doing the same thing for 6 months. Anyways, I have lost 57lbs and still going, I jog, I do inclines, I speed walk, I dance. But I have to start toning, especially my mid section. I don't want to get sick and I have done a lot of research and fat around your stomach is not good for you at all. Also I do want to get my arms into shape. I am a whimp. Straight up, no lies. Total whimp. Can some one help me get a routine going?

Bodyweight programs that require little to no equipment:
- Nerdfitness beginners routine
- You are your own gym
- Convict conditioning
Also, continue eating at a defecit if you still have weight to lose.0 -
Putting on muscle will help you burn more calories while at rest. Have you thought of lifting weights?0
