I'm not really fat. As a matter of fact, my 5'4" height matches my 122lbs weight but my problem is my loose tummy due to 2 previous pregnancy. I saw lots of hot mommies having 4 kids but still have voluptuous body. Some said surgery is the only way. Please share your own experience.

My tummy looks like this, plus I need to work on my behind :(

What exactly are you dealing with?
How long ago were your kids?
Do you have/have you been checked for diastis recti?
Is it excess belly fat? Loose skin? Weak core muscles/poor posture?

I had twin girls a year ago and put on 4 stone, I didn't find it hard to loose the weight running around after twins but had to work hard on my belly. I found core strength exercises and lots of water sorted it out in weeks

Midsection is usually diet and core training. Diet to keep your blood sugar levels stable and core training to increase your muscle mass on your abdomen to help tighten things.

Personally I double my body weight with my second child and feel I have tightened up.
    My photo is me.

If you like books then get Strong Curves or New Rules of Lifting for Women

Sites with full programmes: strong lifts 5x5, starting strength or ice cream fitness (just google...some of them have apps)

Bodyweight can be a good start if you don't have gym access:http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/
