I jog at night! & I have been for a while but it just sucks because obviously it's not really safe to have headphones on while jogging especially at night. That's what sucks.

Well. I work with kids at an elementary school and I'm constantly on my feet and moving. And I do yoga afterwords and I've been trying to just watch what I eat. I think I'm trying to just tighten my body. Probably about 1pound a week to do it safely.
