it all depends what you want to achieve if you just want to lose weight you just have to be in caloric deficit which you can measure here but if you want to have athletic body then things got thoughy :P and also depends how quick you want to lose 18lbs0

Well. I work with kids at an elementary school and I'm constantly on my feet and moving. And I do yoga afterwords and I've been trying to just watch what I eat. I think I'm trying to just tighten my body. Probably about 1pound a week to do it safely.0

I spoke to my nutritionist about losing weight and she suggested about a quarter pound to a half pound of weight loss per week is healthy so don't overdo or become discouraged with hitting 1 pound a week. When I wrestled and had to lose weight before weigh ins I know that even a pound was tough to lose and that was at extremes dieting and exercise. Just continue eating correctly and track your weight to see if there's progress. If nothing, then it's time to change things up.0
