I'm starting my IF journey. In the past I would do 16/8 from 12-8, but it was too much freedom. Now I'm slowly easing myself into 20/4 from 12-4, with a strict no food after 6.

Its great that you're exercising. Meal prep wasn't for me so I started measuring everything with measuring cups and a food scale. Hope that helps.

Last week I restarted my weight loss journey due to many celebrations since Christmas. However I've seen progress. Last week I weighed 171.4 and now I'm 167.8. Yay! It's been hard. I've started doing my version of the Slimfast deit only replacing breakfast with a shake and measuring the rest of my meals. I hope this helps…

I actually gained since last week, but my goals this week is to become more active. I really need to push myself to be active instead of going to work and coming home.

Hey yall I've lost 4lbs since last week. My struggles last week were the Christmas parties and going through relationship problems. But my biggest achievement is the 4lbs so worth it.

This is ridiculous that I can't "complete" an entry because I'm FORCED to eat 1200 cals. The calorie budget they gave me is 1270 and I'm trying to keep a calorie deficit between 250 and 300 cals. This app is probably not going to work for me. They need to change this rule. #frustrated

No I don't sell it. When I took it, it really helped me surpress my appetite while I work. I work 7 to 8 hr shifts at work with no breaks. So I'm starving at work (sometimes) , and thought this would aid in curving that. I mean something has to be better than nothing right?

I know I have to eat right and I did when I was taking them plus I was running.

What helps me is having a cut off time and drinking water or tea after the cut off time if I'm still hungry.

Awwww I feel like it was yesterday when she was that age. Now I gotta get moving bc its almost 2yrs later and I'm 10lbs away from my pregnancy weight
