Do I need to have eaten at least 1,000 calories in order to "complete entry"? Or will my chart/ food diary save by itself?

You need to eat at least 1200 calories0

It will save regardless, but why are you eating under 1000?0

You can "complete" at 1,000 actually, but it's not recommended for most people to be eating under 1200 calories.0

You don't have to hit complete at all, but eating under 1000 is not good for you. 1200 is the minimum for a reason.0

My issue with completing the daily entry is finding the equivalent food/calories for uncommon foods that i eat and not on the list.0

This is ridiculous that I can't "complete" an entry because I'm FORCED to eat 1200 cals. The calorie budget they gave me is 1270 and I'm trying to keep a calorie deficit between 250 and 300 cals. This app is probably not going to work for me. They need to change this rule. #frustrated0

Your are not forced to do anything. 1200 is the minimum for woman.0 -

If you're only eating 1200 calories you are already in a deficit of at least 1000 calories. At 85kg my daily energy expenditure is around 2800 calories, so eating a 1200 calorie diet I'd be in a deficit of 1600 calories0 -

The 1270 includes your deficit already, you don't subtract 250-300 from that.0 -

Yup you're doing it wrong. 1270 already includes an aggressive deficit.0
