Its okay to be afraid just think about how good you will feel when you get the result you want. Hun we are all afraid but we just have to take that leap, so the next time you download the app keep it and give it a test spin okay :).

I probably would agree with most of the comments here. I also had the same issues as you, I workout a lot 7 days a week 1 to 2 hours May be more plus I have a personal trainer two times a week. I burn a lot of calories on any given day (for eg. Using the stair master for an hour give me 1,200 or more calories) I can barely…

You're not the only one who is a bit confused with all that. I exercise a lot every day and I can barely eat the calorie intake that they say per day. So I don't really log my exercise, not sure if that's good or bad :). So if you figure it out let me know okay.
