Green tea gives me slight energy boost but that's just the caffeine - it's my only source of that and I'm very sensitivet. Also Julian Paleo bars are high in protein and very low in sugar but don't taste too awful. Definitely not like a candy bar but edible.

Probar BASE mint chocolate bars have 20g I think and taste like cookies. So good. (But high in sugar if that's something you're trying to avoid). I also like the NuGo dark chocolate pretzels bars. 10g (but also high in sugar).

I'm not vegan but totally second hemp seeds and quinoa for yummy sources! And no, nutritional yeast does not taste cheesy at all (but is full of good stuff).

Depends on your body I spose. I have to eat before working out or my blood sugar crashes and I'll pass out. I know tons of people who swear by fasted cardio. Be sure you get plenty of water. And take precautions if it's dark.

I love my slow cooker. I make a great low cal enchilada soup, pepper steak, taco salad etc using the slow cooker so I can toss in in the morning and it's ready when I'm home (I do the chopping the night before).

Lift weights. I looked way better at 110lb lifting heavy than I did at 95 doing only cardio.
