Low FODMAP/ MAYR recipes?
Does anyone here follow a Low FODMAP or Mayr diet? I'm having to move that direction due to stomach issues, but I have no idea where to begin (I've already cut about a dozen allergens). Can anyone recommend some recipes they like? Thanks!

Pedometer recommendations?
I would like to start tracking my steps, but I do not have a smart watch (tried and found they give me a rash). Can anyone recommend an old-school style pedometer that is actually pretty reliable? One that clips to a shoe or a waist band or goes around the ankle or something? Thanks.

Need Excessive Sleep?
Does anyone else feel like they need an excessive amount of sleep? During the school year when I'm getting up at 5:45 am to get my kids ready and take them to school I feel like I'm chronically exhausted even though I'm getting nearly 8 hours of sleep a night. Like fighting not to fall asleep driving home if I didn't nap…

Accountability buddies
I'm back. Again. Officially hit middle age, have about 18 lbs I want to lose, and really need to get back to lifting and running after falling out of the habit due to brain surgery. I'll be honest - I'm way more consistent when I'm regularly using MFP - and I'm way better about using MFP when I have feedback from others -…

Low Carb Friends?
Anyone up for being low carb buddies? I'm not going keto, but do need to up my protein and stop living on carbs. Would love some friends whose diaries I can snoop.

Genius Foods
Has anyone else read the Genius Foods/ Genius Life books and tried the diet? It lines up closely with much of the information my family has been given in our generational battle with dementia, but I'm unaccustomed to lower carb eating and would love someone to walk with me through the transition. Anyone? Bueller?

Bad knee workaround
I've managed to develop bursitis or something similar in my knee which makes it painful to do anything in the realm of weight-bearing bends. So no squats, lunges, and traditional deadlifts are touchy. Leg press or other weighted push/pulls also hurt. No running or stair climbing either. Other than glute bridges and RDLS,…

goat recipes
We have at least 1/4 goat left in our freezer and I'm desperate for some new recipes. We usually cook it in curry sauce but we're getting pretty tired of that. Can anyone pass along a good recipe for goat? (Fwiw all the meat we have left is in 1" chunks - nothing big to roast). Thanks!

exercise for kids
When my kids are at school I do most of my workouts alone at the gym, but when they're off school i often work out in the living room (typically dumbbell circuits) while they're watching tv or playing. They're active kids and get excited about exercise and would really like to work out with me - they've all begged for…

alternative to ohp?
Whenever I try to perform any kind of overhead press (even unweighted) my right shoulder clicks and then it aches for days later. While I'm working on solving that problem, what other lifts can I be doing to work the same muscles? Thanks.

friends with autoimmune issues?
I am looking to find some friends who also have autoimmune problems (I'm still seeking diagnosis but hashimotos runs in my Family) - people who can commiserate with the fatigue and joint pain and flare ups. And if anyone has advice for staying on track on a bad day (or weeks). Thanks!

Fitness dvd for prize basket
My kids' school is holding a basket auction for a fundraiser and I've been tasked with providing a fitness dvd for the 'be fit' themed basket. The basket also includes 5 & 10 lb dumbbells and a jumprope. Any suggestions for which dvd I should include in the basket? Thanks.

3 day split advice?
Can anyone recommend a good 3 day split that focuses more on muscle balance than on weight progression? I know a lot of people talk about dividing between push/pull or upper/lower but I'm not sure how to divide those over a 3 day period (or even what precisely falls into each category). I'm sure there are plenty of…
