  • First Responder check in: Met all my goals and completed the zombie challenge even with a super stressful week at work. I actually had to redo the zombie challenge when I reread the rules and realized that I didn't do it right the first time.

  • I'm proud of myself today. Had absolutely no motivation to do any exercises today, but I pushed through 30 minutes on my stationary bike. It was a grueling 30 minutes, but I got through it.
  • I'm finding cardio in general is good for me when I'm stressed. I have a stationary bike here at home, so I put music on and just bike my stress away. I always doubted the people that enjoyed exercising when they told me that worked... Not anymore.

  • It's pretty good. I'm not the most coordinated person in the world, so I had a little trouble with the syncopation, but it was a fun way to sweat your butt off. :smile:
