  • I did 5:2 for a while and found it difficult to have 2 fast days a week. It was much more sustainable for me to do 1 fast day a week instead, and I lost about 30 pounds doing that regimen.   • Oh man. But I don't want to! haha I'm going to clean out my pantry. I have a ton of canned and dry goods in there that I never use because I don't know I have them! I just have to get in there and sort it out - if it fits my food plan, it's getting eaten, if not, it's getting donated.
  • I'm going to chime in with nail biting as well. I used to keep my nails painted all the time in an effort to stop biting, and it worked - I grew some really nice nails! I thought I'd kicked the habit, but as soon as I stopped painting them it came right back. I'm going to break out the nail polish today and try again.
  • We could be twins! I have an 8 month old, and am also looking to lose 100 pounds. I'm currently 243, which (sadly) is not the biggest I've ever been, but still bigger than I want to be. We can do it!
