I count 50-80 carbs, not net carbs. I rarely make it up to 50 but if I counted net carbs it would be much less. I know I have to do more lifting to burn metabolism. I'm 2 months and can eat anything , even raw vegetables and chicken breast aand even steak . I have to weigh and measure everything or else I can eat much more than 4 oz. My calories are at 1000. I'm a revision from band and I'm losing at a snails pace. I don't know why.
