Minimum recommended calorie intake for women is 1200 and for men is 1800.. So I would say it's fine.. If your worried and you wanna boost it up a bit add a diet shake.. There full of vitamins and some taste great.. Or just add some extra veggies or salad to your meals. It may become a problem if you start to feel weak,…
