Minimum recommended calorie intake for women is 1200 and for men is 1800.. So I would say it's fine.. If your worried and you wanna boost it up a bit add a diet shake.. There full of vitamins and some taste great.. Or just add some extra veggies or salad to your meals. It may become a problem if you start to feel weak, tired or light headed than you are definitely eating too little. I'm not an expert that's just my thoughts on it
good luck

That seems way too low for a 21 year old male, without knowing much about you. Can you sustain that intake long-term? Or will that type of restriction backfire, and trigger a binge? Consider your new habits carefully.0
