Minimum recommended calorie intake for women is 1200 and for men is 1800.. So I would say it's fine.. If your worried and you wanna boost it up a bit add a diet shake.. There full of vitamins and some taste great.. Or just add some extra veggies or salad to your meals. It may become a problem if you start to feel weak, tired or light headed than you are definitely eating too little. I'm not an expert that's just my thoughts on it :) good luck :)

That seems way too low for a 21 year old male, without knowing much about you. Can you sustain that intake long-term? Or will that type of restriction backfire, and trigger a binge? Consider your new habits carefully.
