Are you planning on loosing weight, maintaining it or gaining?? What is your plan to achieve it.. Are you on a specific diet, gym junky, smaller portions or just trying to change your eating habits? I would love to hear what everyones is and if it's working for them

Finish cutting. Maintain till October. Bulk through the holidays. Cut again. Not miss any gym days.repeat.0

Bulking threw the holidays is probably the best idea since it would be hard not too

I am trying to do all of the above. Change our eating habits, lose weight, Work out as much as possible at the gym. I try to at least go 5-6 days a week. I wanted to go 7 but I was told that I need to give my body time to rest and recover. Which now 3 weeks in, I feel what they are talking about. My muscles are tired. Just going up the stairs becomes a challenge..lol I have been using this app to track my food intake but nothing else until now. Hope all is well in your world. Melissa
