Good luck, started a couple days ago..so far so good. Hopefully see some benefits quickly..depends how long it takes my body to get into ketosis ..aiming for 20 grams or less in carbs a day.

Reduce cal by 100-200.. add more cardio and mix up the types of cardio you have been doing. GreAt success so far, the final 10 is always the toughest but you will get there.. hang in and good luck

I'm back too, but sadlly I'm returning at a much higher number....just shows if we focus on our weight we can keep it in check...we lose focus and up, up and away it goes....now, down, down, is in order..,but it seems like the going down part is slow slow slow...lol

Hoping it changes over time. Genetic issue so low t, on trt now so in theory should build some muscle which hopefully increasing resting metabolic rate....trying to get as much protein in the allotted. Stories as o can. Currently bin 56. Fat 156 lbs lean 122. Had a dexa scan done will return in 6 months to see what changes

With more. Vigorous exercise I should be able to eat on the 1400-1600 cal side and lose. My dr said I need to leave each meal hungry

I have a genetic issue, my metabolism is 34% lower slower than the average male my resting metabolic rate to maintain a 1613 cal but weight-loss it's between 1291 to 1612 and I'm 59 280. See attachment
