My daughter has had a weird red skin growth on her back. It's been growing and I'm taking her in to the doctor tomorrow to have it checked and probably biopsied. I'm really really scared about the possible outcomes.

I always find that skipping a workout because of being sore actually makes it worse the next day. May want to keep pushing through it :)

I'm on the zero step challenge right now.... went through a few weeks of forgetting to wear mine.

30 pounds in my first 3 months, then gained 10 back in the next 6 (which isn't that bad considering). Now I'm back to lose the next 50!

I drink 3 cups a day and have been able to cut out creamer and sugar. I usually finish this all before 8:30 in the morning, and then have no more caffeine the rest of the day... helps me sleep at night.

I haven't used them for weight loss, but I do use some that are specially formulated for oral consumption to add flavor to my water (peppermint, lemon, citrus). Really helps me choose water over soda or juice.

Ugh. I'm like you and really want to like exercising, but normally never make it a priority. Right now, I use my 30 minute lunch at work to walk around the neighborhood by my office, and try to do 10 minutes of yoga before bed each night. I'm going to try to start working out early in the morning, but I feel like starting…

I always pretrack my food in the morning, partly because I'm a single mom who works full time, and it takes a lot of the guess work out of my day. That way, if I want to treat myself, I already know if I can or not. Makes it so much easier, and gets the logging out of the way first thing

The Lovely Bones. Such a great read but so sad at the same time!

Desk worker here! I've lost 25 pounds (so far) and 99% of that has been eating healthy and controlling my portions. My snacks primarily consist of fruits and veggies, and I pack my lunch instead of having to eat out. If i do need to purchase lunch, I grab one of those frozen diet meals that are low in calorie and heat it…

Mom of 1 3 year old little princess! have about 70 pounds to my UGW!

Would also love to have a motivation friend or two! Been trying to lose this weight for 3 years and need to stick with it this time!

I like to have string cheese on hand. Good protein and only about 80 calories.

Me: 6 The binge: 8 DBF: 0 Overdid it yesterday on macaroni and cheese. My 3 year old requested it for dinner and then refused to eat what she was given. Does anyone else go crazy when their kids waste food like that? I have a really hard time with that, and tend to eat whatever they don't eat, which is not a good idea.

5'8, 27 years old HW: 230 SW: 225 CW: 214 GW: 175 for now to get back into healthy range, ultimately 150 I have a very sedentary job, and am a single mom, so I tend to aim for 1250 calories, since I work full time, parent full time, and am in school part time (online). Not a lot of free time for exercise, but I do track my…

My goal is to just be consistent. I have tried everything, from calorie counting to weight watchers, even a whole 30 diet, and my biggest problem is sticking to it. I would love to complete this month having tracked my food almost every day

I'm so happy this group exists now! I'm a single mom of a beautiful 3 year old girl, and she can run circles around me! Trying to lose about 40 pounds, to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, and then maybe another 25 from there to get to my ultimate goal of 150 lbs. Haven't started working out yet, but have been counting…

Just did the test and scored a 26. Not incredibly surprised though. I can handle my impulses during the day (while I am too busy with other things), its boredom at night that really gets me!

Me: 4 The binge: 7 DBF: 2 Getting easier to resist as I watch the numbers on the scale drop!!!

Me: 3 The Binge: 7 DBF: 1 Controlled it yesterday by making a small snack and going to bed right after!

Starting a little late, but better late than never  Me: 2 The Binge: 7 DBF: 0 Hoping to keep that 7 a constant for the rest of the month! I tend to be really great all day, but when my daughter goes to bed, I can't seem to stop myself from grabbing the cookies! And once I get started, it's incredibly difficult to…
