Motivation - 18 lb to lose

Hey, I'm looking for motivational friendships.
I'm 5'2" and want to lose 18 more pounds, I am currently sitting at 128 and first goal is 118, next goal is 110. I am eating 1,000-1200 calories a day and more depending on my workout. I just don't want to give up! I need tips on meals for traveling. I have found kids cliff bars for snacks lol, but quick easy fulfilling protein snacks/meals are good too!

    I like to have string cheese on hand. Good protein and only about 80 calories.

    Hello,

    My personal favorite traveling snacks:
    • Lean Beef Jerkey
    • Protein Shake
    • Rice Cake
    • 1 gallon water jug
    • Oatmeal

    To lose 18 pounds you would need to be in a calorie deficit along with your workouts. What type of workouts do you typically do?
