Thanks everyone for the helpful advice...... I want to loose 50 ibs be stronger and feel better and of course be healthy! I try to stay away from junk food and bad carbohydrates and yes I do eat protein etc I can do this just all in my head Thank you everyone for your thoughtful advice appreciate it much!

I guess this subject is a very popular topic and I am not the only one who felt lost when they first started.... I am doing pretty well with it I usually do 3:3 and I do not listen to music I made a mistake of bringing my music and then I had a harder time!

And then signing up for a 5 k firs then work to a 10 k and going to run 3 days a week and strength train full body 2 days a week and do cross training one day and yoga the rest day/stretch! You all…

It all depends on your fitness goals I have a trainer 3x a week but doesn't mean we do all upper body. You want to basically do Upper body/abdominals Cardio Lower body/abdominals Cardio And start again

I think it is normal cause a week before mine I crave salt and sweets and I am living you gotta indulge but I also workout ally but I am trying to limit myself it is very hard I think it's mental but there is a tiny bit physical cause it is hormones

Drink more meal replacement drinks or protein drinks if you do not like veggies... Or get a diet that has loads of fiber in it ( which breakdown slower than non fiber stuff! Request me j can give you tips! Nutrition is crucial!
