does anyone know how you track your calories for when you weight train when you do not know how much calories your burning it's confusing . Today I did cardio but low intensity so it was only 100 cal but I did high intensity workout with my trainer

You can log strength training under cardio in MFP, but calorie burn estimates are especially difficult for strength training. So many factors to consider....HRMs don't help here either.
Be ready for disappointment, calorie burns for strength training are lower than cardio. But strength training is so beneficial.0 -
Absolutely and ok thanks so there is no way then this is why I need the Fitbit to track lol0
