  • Great job! So young to have gone through all of what you have. I have both knees replaced but I don't have the youth that you have. I need to get myself to the gym and at least do some cardio on the treadmill. Not sure I could lift. But you have given me the push I need just to get out and start moving. Best to you.
  • RodaRose, I have been working with resistance bands for now. With my job I did heavy lifting. I know that is not the same as strength training but it's a start. I use my balance ball to strengthen my abs. I plan on adding more as I can. thanks for the suggestions.
