Hi, I m also new to this, and I think belonging to this community group will be very helpful. Just logging in calories has worked great for me. I was just not aware of how much I was eating, calorie wise. I am now very aware of how much I m eating. The best thing you can do when u fall off the wagon is get up, dust off…

What has worked for me when I get those irresistible cravings is that I tell myself, ok, you can have some of that, but not the whole serving. U want the potatoe chips, fine just have 5 chips; you want the chocolate bar, just have two small bites...and log it in. Complete deprivation never works for me.
