Oh well, the last 4 days have been very busy for me- I was crewing for my husband who was running a long distance race, with no time to manage my food I relied on easily available food which was pizza and pasta. I tried very hard to limit portions and eat healthy but here I am β just a pound lighter than where I started.β¦
