I’m right there w/u...I maintain my weight during the week with my job, eating healthy, and exercise but over the weekend I tend to gain. I only weigh on Wednesday and Friday. By then my weight is on target.

Thorlos Experia socks gives me the extra cushion on the heel and they are moisture wicking. A bit pricey but for me they work great

I use Garmin Fenix 5...absolutely love it. I’m mainly a runner and do outside activities and it’s great. As far as resistance training, not sure. But, this watch has it all. A little pricey, but darn well worth it .

I really enjoy running, but 4me I’m not happy unless it’s hot and humid, lol. My husband tells me I’m crazy😜

We also have 4 boxer mix dogs, so we have a total of 6 dogs, aka our kids...Curious as to what your goals might be..As for me, I try to maintain my weight. I do great during the week. My eating is strict and I usually run Thursday thru Sunday. My downfall is my eating on the weekends😬
