I'm absolutely dying, it seems my whole family has a 24 hour virus. My body is not used to this let alone not working out or eating well. I've been throwing up all night, not to mention drink Gatorade and ginger ale which I'm not used to either, I'm sort of a water only drinker or milk. I feel so sad and like I haven't…

Sorry I will try the swim wear next time, it's strange because a lot of people have said they have seen a difference in my quads and my butt isn't looking as flat. Guess I got my hopes up

What is a good beginner lifting program, I honestly started the 30 days because my muscles are so weak. I just had a baby back in October and have been out of exercise a long time. I'm a stay at home mom to a two year old and 3 month old so I have no access to a gym, sometimes I use them as weights while doing squats.

What exactly is the key to gains? More calories or protein or both? Where do carbs play a role? I'm so new to this!

I noticed that my butt has actually grown with this pregnancy so I guess that's why I'm so excited in keeping it lol but yes waiting after she is born is probably best

Right now I'm 135 my pre pregnancy weight is 118 which I drop down to in a matter of days, in that aspect very lucky. I shed the weight very fast with my son but I felt so skinny. I'm currently doing squats now and trying to eat more protein based foods
