I didn't realize they had said following standard setting. I personalized my macros n found if I do not hit my goal energy n mood dip. Which is y I stated to watch energy levels if manageable then good but if low it's a place to look at. Also If "no carb" I don't think they would be worried about meeting goal.

Free wts ~cable ~ machine.... free wts r def best bang incorporating stabilizing muscles but if beginning I suggest trying machine first getting the movement n understanding which muscle u r targeting then mimic with free wts so u can get the movement down and smash the muscle group u r wanting to work

First off agree to speaking with professional... everybody has a more dominant side just how we work right handed left handed n so on... to build up the weaker side without increasing on the dominant side I have been told to find a wt where u can reach 8-10 reps with weaker side then just match with stronger side. Another trick is drop fillers with low nutritional value focus of calorie dense foods... will help u reach ur goals n days when u r more hungry switch to eating for volume this is something I do as appetite always changes.

I disagree carbohydrates r the easiest for of energy for your body to use I would suggest watching ur energy levels and try getting in ur carbs with complex such as oatmeal over simple. All 3 macros r important none more than the other it's just different % depending on goals!
