hi there so I have been working out decently hard for 3 months have lost some weight n toned up a lot. My arms and legs r starting to looked ripped with crazy definition. Activity on fit bit?
Why can I go for a walk n get minutes towards my 30 min goal (on the fit bit), but when I do a 40 min kettle bell workout I get 0. Not sweating on the walk n near death with the kettle bell? Seems a bit off, anyone else have this happening?

Weights and fit bit?
i have a couple friends on mpf that have huge burns for their weight training. I use my fit bit for everything and am getting only 100-120 cal burns for 30-45 mins of weights. I have read that the fitbit is accurate for only consistent workouts like running/cardio. Just curious if this is true? Still going to do weights…

anyone else find the things I thought r healthy are bad so you change cuz eating to many calories the next min now I'm stuffed n ate to little calories. Y is balance so hard to find 900 today is not enough!

i have increased my spead n having troubles reaching my peak. Pace went from 7:45 to 8:23. How does this happen in a treadmill with an increase in speed? Over the same time.

I drink infused water with lemon limes ginger cucumber n mint leaves should I be figuring how many calories is in the water to try and be as accurate with mfp as possible or just count it as water n call er good?
