You're sick. Take care of yourself. Don't worry about calories!

Take a break from logging while sick! Just focus on getting better.

Log your medicine.....liquids and tablets. So, when you look back in your log months later. You will remember that you were sick.

Are you worried about losing your streak? If so, since you logged in to post you kept your streak.... Don't worry about the rest - just get better.

Good idea. I always log mine because most of them have calories.

Don't worry about not eating when you're sick. One day of it isn't going to hurt anything. You will, sadly, also gain most of that 5 pounds back; it's mostly water.

If your main concern is your MFP login streak, and if you really didn't eat anything, the simple act of logging into the tool will maintain your streak, you don't have to enter anything into the food diary to do it.

If you ate nothing, you log nothing. Worry about getting better.

Flu sucks. Any weight loss is small compensation for the misery of flu.

If you don't eat, don't log. You want an accurate record and that's accurate. :)

In the past I just wrote a note under food notes. It seemed to do the job.
