Thanks for stopping by. Had some medical issues and Doctor had me hold off any 'dieting' until they could find out was was happening to my hormones/body. Last Monday I was given the clear,/green light and I have started Omading again today. I really enjoy eating this way and I know it's how I'm meant to eat. I haven't…

I've thought about doing that before, well maybe not an entire pie or anything, but have thought of going out and have a big huge piece of Choco cake with ice cream and nice latte etc, while on a date night with my husband. I imagine that I'd be hungry shortly after and may feel hungry and may want to eat before my OMAD…

I'm with you here. I have been seriously struggling with food as I have using it to help me deal with feelings of sadness, frustration, and stress due to serious events happening in my life. Add to that, the thought that I have to lose weight to get my dream job, and everyday has been a struggle- some I have won, others I…

My husband lost 80 lbs a few years back (before I met him) on OMAD, and although I've posted a couple of times I was starting OMAD, it wasn't until last Friday that we BOTH decided to do it together and it has been a joy! I think I've had a hard time following though with my OMAD attempts because much of the weight that I…

Would added zero-calorie flavour enhancers like Dasani drops or MIO be ok? I can drink tons of water that way....any pointers?

Starting my third week of one meal a day, and although I actually haven't weighed myself, I've been able to fit in an old pair of jeans and my clothes are fitting looser... (Was wearing a dress size 18, and I can now comfortably fit in a 16?!). Also My face looks different- less pudgy and I'm overall less bloated. I feel…

True that! This is definitely my way of eating, everyday I am more convinced this will be a lifestyle change...
-
Thanks! Used IFYM and scoobys calculator to get my TDEE, and will be subtracting cals from that number (TDEE-25%)... So 1500 or less is perfect...
-
Thanks so much! Back on track today and feel so much better already... Back in control...
-
Just a quick question for all women out there doing OMAD- how many calories do you eat in your 1 meal? So 1200-1500 cals ok? Please advise. Bobo

Soooo the weekend rolled around and I ate breakfast and then all hell broke loose... I couldn't stop craving foods and eating.... Bah! For all those experienced OMADers, I'm assuming you eat this way 7 days a week? ... I personally don't think I can do a mix ... I will have to stick to OMAD every single day. Oh well, live…

Hi all, I was going to wait to share an update on Friday after my official 1 week weigh-in, but I don't mind sharing one now :) I feel absolutely amazing!!! My back pain is subsiding, I'm no longer bloated, my face no longer looks puffy, my hair is super shiny, my nails are no longer brittle, my appetite is suppressed, and…

Thanks again! Will definitely keep you all posted... So far so good... The crazy appetite I had before is now slowly subsiding... And I actually look forward to my big meal at night (trying to eat 1500 and doing a 40-30-30 macros), and making them so that they fit my macros. I think I can do this 'long term' or a…

I started eating 1 meal of day this past Friday, so tonight was my third big dinner... Eating between 1300-1700 calories. I've heard great things too... Let's see what happens.
