@shans34 are you counting calories still? I think after doing OMAD for a while, your stomach shrinks and by the end you longer have to count calories right?

@Rooskie73 , yeah it's been a while! :p I'm thinking I'll try incorporating some sort of intermittent fasting.. like 16/8... to ensure I don't go over my calories. We can do this!!! :)

Hi everyone, So it's almost 2 years later and I'm back on here weighing 20 lbs more than I started off when I wrote this post! Whoooops! I ended up losing a lot of weight, but then got comfortable, stopped logging, and put the weight back on, plus an extra 20!

I started using the 'Advanced Nutrition' line of Slim Fast a few days ago, and have lost 5 lbs already. Not logging, don't care, it's Christmas!.. actually Yesterday I didn't log either.. have eaten everything and all I've wanted- toooons of chocolates, Panetone, cheese, breads, stuffing etc. I'm enjoying Christmas and will start logging again tomorrow. Merry Christmas everybody!!!!

Hi! Just thought I would stop by and just not read other posts, but post myself :) As of yesterday I've lost 1.5lbs since starting OMAD last week; so total of 5.5lbs since the beginning of November. I haven't measured myself yet, but hope to see changes in the way my clothes fit. Bobo

I have MFP set to lose 1.5 lbs a week which is around 1500 cals. I try to enter my calories on the daily, but sometimes I don't, however I do eat until I feel full (not stuffed but full). However even when I have entered my calories and eat until full it's been 1500 cals or below. Bobo

I just had some.. 2 tablespoons in a big sports bottle with ice water, 1 lime, lots of cinammon.. Drank it from a straw... It was ok... My brother came over and I'm like , 'yo u want juice'? He's like sure! .. Had a big gulp and almost puked.. I laughed straight for 5 minutes... Lol Bobo

... Wait so you mix ACV with cayenne pepper and lemon? I saw a video on YouTube of an Asian lady mixing it with cinnamon.. Does it matter how it goes down as long as it goes down? Freaken right! After having rice with beans, bean sprouts, peppers, onions, and fish.. I had a Magnum ice cream bar (double caramel)... And lost 2 lbs overnight! Gotta love OMAD! My husband has lost 10lbs in a week eating yummy food, nothing off limits! Bobo
