Well I'm not sure how long I've been away lol. 4.25 miles today though.

Hooray Beeps, its always great to get back to exercise :). I seem to be getting busy at work. Leaves me with too many things going on, we have a second house I'm trying to get a lot of work done on before ski season, that and work are making it hard to concentrate on diet and exercise goals. My eating has really slipped…

Well 1.6 miles today, it was steep though :). The end of year rush is starting, we'll see how I do the rest of the week.

Lol, I tried to pack it up for shipping but the box got all wet and fell apart. How about if I send a pair of beaver to build you your own? Justtrying2015, I use a weight vest a couple times per week, I assumed I was the only one.

I don't drink anything but black coffee and water. I knew soda wasn't helping me, but I was shocked how many calories are in juice. And I can't eat Snyder's sourdough pretzels I guess. One would be worth the calories if I could just eat one, but it seems I can't have them in the house without eating them all.

Hiked up Mt moosilauke today, 8 miles and three thousand feet, beautiful day but the leaves weren't as far along as I thought. I live here you'd think I'd know lol. Weight is still on a downward trend, and faster than my modest goal so I'm happy about that. Still doing pt, strength training for skiing and walking regularly.

7.79 miles with 3000 feet elevation gain (and lost, what goes up comes down) up moosilauk. I was hoping for brilliant foliage but the leaves are just starting to turn. I'm tired the dog is not, this dog is never tired

To qualify to go on fire forest service personal have to carry a 45 pound pack 3 miles within 45 minutes. In high school we were supposed to be able to run a mile in less than 7 minutes for boys and I think 8 minutes for the girls.
