    10 miles! Woot woot!
And I love seeing the regional pictures! Keep 'em coming!

I only walked a disappointing 9k steps or so yesterday because after my a.m. job I spontaneously went to see a matinee with my good friend & her houseguest. We saw The Martian with Matt Damon... Highly recommend! Turns out her houseguest was a colleague of The Martian's author at Lawrence Livermore Lab, so we got to hear background on how the story emerged in a fiction blog where he solved these crazy hypothetical science problems trying to keep his protagonist alive after being inadvertently abandoned on Mars. It developed a cult following, and then was optioned for film & tirned into a book. It's quite brilliant really & will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Today's a new day; back on track...

    30 minutes
    1.6 miles
    8" incline
    3.5 mph

I do plenty of other walking, between work, housework, and walking the dogs. But that is my legit good hard time of a sweat walk.
It was an hour, but had decided to shave off 30 minutes of walk time for 30 more minutes of extra Zumba.

Yay! 15516 steps; 7.34 miles today... Pretty basic stuff: ran an errand downtown on foot, walked the track while my daughter & some teammates did wind sprints, took my neighbor's dogs out for a walk with her.

Great day! Wish I was closer to our track. Live out in the woods.

But you have the woods! I have to drive to those! (I think we sound like the old 'town mouse/country mouse' fable! LOL)

I thought that was low, should have read 5.3 miles, my last walk of the day was on mapmyride limbo and didn't show up on the list. Have a great day everyone, walk lots :)
