Definitely need to get in more steps. This week is going to be busy getting ready for the Renaissance Festival, but I'm going to make the effort and get in at least a full mile.0 -
I began a plan to walk four days a week as of last week. I would like to walk for 30 minutes per walk. The fresh air definitely helps my mood, if nothing else.0

30600 steps!! Woot woot! My first 30k day... It was a day off, so a morning walk in the neighborhood, a hike to Lake Ilsanjo in Annadel State Park and the customary evening dog walk. Feels good, but my feet are looking forward to a soak.

Phone clocked my Max Speed at 5.3 MPH, but averaged 3.3 MPH.
Total for the day was 5.03 miles. And as usual, the dogs (and cat) enjoyed their walk.
This is some of where they all walk around in the evening. There's a lot more pasture and more that goes into "the woods".
