Not interested in beef with da mamas no more! Why so argumentative ladies :D
-
And I wrote on this thread that I agree there is a population who cant but they are most likely not on this forum...
-
0 to 100 real quick I never tried to upset anyone :| sorry if you feel that way! But I believe everyone can voice their opinion on this site, and shouldn't have to be argued every time
-
OP is obviously not one of them tho... and that is who we are replying to

I am generally in all aspects of life a bit less emotional than your regular female so I see absolutely nothing wrong with simply stating everyone should exercise every day as a fact (?!?!??) and see no "snobbery" associated with that at all. I think you peeps are reading a wee little too far into this whole thread and…

Yes! I am not saying everyone needs to go to the gym every day but doing something physical exactly like you mentioned, every day yes.
-
That probably tops it!!!! I had a front close bra open last week mid KB swing and I was wearing a very loose muscle tee :s
-
So agree with you, I couldn't walk for 3 months but could still exercise. I guess when you live with an ex commando who has seen people blown up in Afghanistan and survive you don't buy the excuses!!!
-
There is something VERY unhealthy about not doing exercise!
-
I don't agree its a matter of priority. And even though there may be a very minute percentage of the world who are that physically disabled that they cannot exercise and I guarantee that they are not on my fitness pal forums.

What I am getting at is it is not healthy to lose weight simply by eating a calorie deficit.. you will lose weight but that doesn't mean it is healthy. Everyone needs to exercise, every day.

1500 cals > 2000 cals and HEAVY *kitten* lifting haha :)

Maybe have Christmas day off, but not the whole holiday period. I am going to have a day off tracking for Christmas but the rest of December will be tracked
-
This is so not true - not by EATING in a caloric deficit, its by being in a caloric deficit. This site is after all called my FITNESS pal. So sick of seeing that phrase on these forums... sighhhhh OP - if you want to get yourself in a caloric deficit by exercise alone go for it - its going to be substantially better for…

Drink lots of water! It will help with the muscle soreness

It is seriously true summer bodies are made in winter! even though it is summer here....

If your trainer has you on machines, time to get a new trainer :)
-
Yes! Me too.. currently at 1.7x BW 2x BW would be amazing :p

I saw someone your size in the gym yesterday who I had never seen before, and I saw her get a hi5! Definitely no judgement other than that she was gettin it! PS I get judged for wearing bright pink tights and a lifting belt at the platforms, I have even had guys tell me I needed to swap them for the "girly training bar"…

Whatever you decide make sure you have a break from them, they can do really bad things to your digestive system if taken for long periods of time. Check the caffeine content as well - some have the same amount as the max recommended daily intake - not good!! I use this for a natural energy boost https://pranaon.com/pb-2/…

No but you will probably get tendonitis
-
Is this onset by just the gym or going other public places? Maybe you could hire a PT or just ask one of the gym staff to show you around that way there is less pressure just on you?
-
Awesome work!
-
How much weight you lose is entirely up to you - don't let anyone tell you how much you should lose. You do not look overly over weight however you may want to test your body fat percentage compared to lean muscle mass and look to improve that ratio rather than the scale. Good luck
-
Get an awesome tan!
-
I disagree with your friend, but having said that I use the squat rack, bench, lifting platforms, sled track, cage, pulleys, etc etc etc which I definitely do not have at home :)

In Body scan... why are you suggesting that is not accurate lol

^^ this is not correct. You will obviously grow more muscle in the areas that you train with the most volume. This is why you see so many guys with huge arms/chest and small legs, that saying that they "skip leg day". If you were talking about fat then you will stack it on wherever you are genetically predisposed to, but…
