Hey! My advice to you is this... Start slowly, don't overdo it even when feeling like a super hero in the early days... injuries and burnouts do happen. The last thing you want to do is quit a month into your journey due to injuring yourself or growing bored of the whole thing. Think of this journey as a long term, easily…

I am constantly compiling a list of tasty/healthy alternatives in advance for the tough times that inevitably come around. Healthy doesn't have to mean bad tasting/unsatisfying after all ;)

Calorie counting while helpful can be a real PITA sometimes. If you stick to lean proteins and raw greens and don't finish your plate. Forgettaboutit.

Eat healthy foods (never stuffed/never starved), stick to non-sugary drinks (an occasional glass of wine is good too!), get plenty of rest and keep moving! If you stick to this concept, yet still aren't losing weight, the reasons should be obvious (too much cheating, not enough exercise).

Don't hope, just DO! Eating plenty of healthy foods (cut the crap) and do-ing some sort of daily exercise will do the trick!! :)
