need some motivation these past two days have been so bad eating healthily and I'm so close to my goal. I don't wanna gain it all back hopefully these next couple of days will be better

    Just remember that people close to you will not love you unless your BMI is in the healthy range.

    Well, based on your profile, you're already more than halfway to your goal. That's awesome! You've done it so far, and you're over the hill for your goal already. Keep up the good work and keep picturing the finish line.

    I am constantly compiling a list of tasty/healthy alternatives in advance for the tough times that inevitably come around. Healthy doesn't have to mean bad tasting/unsatisfying after all ;)

    Just tell yourself you will look bad if you get fat. Then proceed to the gym.
