need some motivation these past two days have been so bad eating healthily and I'm so close to my goal. I don't wanna gain it all back hopefully these next couple of days will be better

Just remember that people close to you will not love you unless your BMI is in the healthy range.0 -

I am constantly compiling a list of tasty/healthy alternatives in advance for the tough times that inevitably come around. Healthy doesn't have to mean bad tasting/unsatisfying after all0
