Do you think stomach exercise and exercises that generate heat should be avoided through out the entire period or just the first 1-2 days?

I agree I think some people don't realize what a really painful period is. It is hard to put a measurement on pain so when others compare their periods to mine I just let it go. I am climbing walls when I have mine and the first day ibuprofen only has minimal affect and I have to take it very often which of course is not…

I don't have any allergies that I know of. A little gluten sensitive I think but lunas are gluten free. It doesn't happen the same day, usually start getting the bloating the day following eating them which makes it hard to connect the 2. But can't think of what else it would be.

I enjoy drinking water more when it is cold, much more refreshing and easier to drink. When I was on birth control I had no menstrual cramps at all which was great but I felt like birth control changed my body for the worse and made me gain weight so I quit. But some don't have any negative side effects. Might be worth trying if your pain is intolerable.

I'm sorry you are having such bad pain. Have you tried pain killers.. If over the counter doesn't work a dr can prescribe stronger ibuprofen or something similar. I personally can't get through menstrual cramps without taking something.

Ok thanks. I didn't think this would be an issue, I've done it a couple of times before as well. Just thought it was strange that the packaging had those directions, thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

Great ideas but unfortunately i don't like the taste/texture of frozen fruits that have been warmed. Nuts don't feel as filling and 100 calories of nuts/ peanut butter is very little quantity compared to banana :/

Yummy but too many calories vs quantity. 1 banana=100 calories but it is large, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter is so little quantity but has about 100 calories. Ugh wish i could continue eating bananas

Found this under nutritional info, don't love that it has aspartame since I mostly try to avoid it. I sometimes use altoids peppermint to stop cravings. if you are on the mobile app you have to hit more on the bottom of the screen, and then there is a section my food & recipes, and you can edit from there

under the food tab there is a my foods tab, after you click that you select the food you are trying to edit.. look all the way to the right next to nutrition facts says edit

I started gaining weight while trying to eat more and got scared and cut back my calories. I also felt that surge of energy like you did that helped my work outs a lot, I am considering trying it again but scared to gain any more weight. Anyway, I would like to follow your progress. Thanks, I do that for my own recipes but when I am looking for recipes and ideas online so much easier when the nutritional info is already there.

Don't replace gluten food with gluten free processed food. I only eat gluten free oatmeal and gluten free macaroni once in a while. All the other stuff is processed and will cause weight gain. And I sometimes feel like they cause me digestive issues as well such as the gluten free pretzels, bread, cookies, etc.
