I dont know how you guys eat it. Ive tried before and the texture is too gross for me, would take me soo long to finish a cup. Tried also the chia pods with different flavors with same results. I also didnt notice that it decreased my hunger.

Am I the only one that thinks they taste really artificial and not that great. I love snacking and if I wasnt dieting would be eating full bags of all kinds of stuff, but M&Ms doesnt do it for me for some reason.

I am currently eating 1500: Breakfast: oatmeal Snack: nuts Lunch: salad + protein Snack: fruits Dinner: protein + grains + vegetable I think the key for me is to avoid bread it adds so much calories and leaves me hungry so I would end up eating more. Also space out your meals 3-4 hours.

My favorite is when I've lost weight in the past (healthy weight loss) and I was told you are too skinny now , you need to gain weight. People will always have something to say. I've noticed this also when I go in the mornings I do it on auto pilot. If I wait to go in the evenings I start analyzing if I reallyy want to go, or I'm too tired, or if I have other things to do.
