SW 225.2 Barely hanging on to US 16 CW 152.4 Mostly US 6 (some brands an 8 and some brands a 4) I agree the sizing is all over the place which makes buying clothes without trying them on out of the question. It's interesting that last time I was this weight (about 20 years ago) I was always a size 12 even at my lowest…

Running worked miracles on my legs. Since the first of the year I started weight training too and noticed lots of improvements.

I had issues with my Charge tearing away from the band and the scroll button fell out and I had to tap it to move through the screens which worked sporadically. I contacted Fitbit and they offered to replace for me. I ended up taking a coupon for a reduced price on the new Blaze which I love so far. The Fitbit customer…

I just got the new Blaze and love it!! I like that it looks like a watch...I had the Charge prior and it didn't wear well in terms of the band. The band was breaking away from the unit, the button to scroll through the screen fell out and like the earlier poster stated, the toggles to keep it closed started tearing away…

I had to breath into this machine for ten minutes with my nose plugged and try not to hyperventilate! It was strange but once I got used to it I was fine. The machine spits out the reading after analyzing your breathing.

Thanks for all the tips. Looking back at my diary I see my calories are all over the place between 1300 and 1800 is most common. In March I did a BMR test at my dietitian's office and she noted that my metabolism is in 67th percentile for my age group (42) and that to lose a pound per week I could eat 1550 calories. I also…

Took my beautiful, almost 8 year old, daughter out for her first "run" with mom. It was awesome we warmed up and did a run/walk interval around our neighborhood park for 2.1 miles. She did great and talked and chatted to me the entire time!! I see a lot of runs together in our future! I'm going to get her running shoes for…

Amazing transformation!! I started lifting in January and my progress isn't near as noticeable. I think I need to do more of a progressive program instead of whatever workout the trainer comes up with that day and maybe go three days a week instead of two. How heavy is heavy? If you don't mind me asking...just curious!

Sometimes looking at how far we have yet to go makes it hard to see how far we've come. Not sure if you kept one item of your start clothes. I've been in a bad plateau on the scale so I grabbed the pants I kept and put them on its amazing to see how different my body is now. Keep on keeping on and good luck to you!!
-
Keep it up! Sounds like you need to be strong for your family as well a yourself....hope everyone is well.
