For things like ketchup I would put the ketchup bottle on the scale and weigh that first and as I pour it on my food I would weigh the bottle again and use the difference in weight to track it. Saves me from having to wash an extra dish

I love lentils. They are versatile and just something about the texture makes them so easy to eat.

I don't really believe in meal timing. I eat whenever it is convenient for me or when I get hungry.

Feel free to add me too guys! My diary is always open and I track everything (good and bad)

Do you have a current macro goal / trmplate you are following?

I would try to incorporate food with a lower Glycemic Index in your diet (ie switching from white rice to lentils for your carb source). This has helped me dramatically with my hunger pangs.

Keep at it and never give up! There will be times when you hit plateaus, some longer than others, but perseverance will always be the key to breaking them. Good luck on your journey!

My answer to that is a resounding yes!!! As long as you stick to your planned macros you will lose weight. I was able to go from 230lbs to 175lbs following this methodology. The best part is if you have a craving for some candy or pizza you can satisfy them as long as you hit your macros!!

Try some overnight oats. It's versatile and you can prep it the night before and grab it on your way out the next morning. Here's my go to recipe. 50g oats 30g chocolate whey 75g nonfat Greek yogurt 100ml no sugar added almond milk 1 tsp Splenda 50g raspberries

Awesome transformation bro! Keep up the good work!

Depends on what you like, my usual go to is a low fat Greek yogurt with a piece of fruit on the side

You can check out this tool (kitchen Safe). It's a little bit pricey but is pretty effective in curbing those snack attacks. I used this and has helped prevent many snack attacks.
