Help me, I am so hungry!

I am so hungry! I am eating my allotted calories, even some of my exercise calories. I am getting 120-140 grams of protein per day. But, I am starving the past two days. I tried eating small snacks today, every 4 hours, but still was so hungry when I got home from work that I was almost nauseous. Any advice?

I agree. Eat more. Don't worry, this won't be "caving" it is an appropriate response.

Try upping your calories for a week, watch the scale, see how you feel. Sometimes it's just what you need.

My daily calorie goal is 1400, which maybe a tad low as I have lot to lose.

I would try to incorporate food with a lower Glycemic Index in your diet (ie switching from white rice to lentils for your carb source). This has helped me dramatically with my hunger pangs.

stuff yourself with massive salads made of cucumber, peppers, spring onion, lettuces galore. And eat 6 times a day?

I have been eating less than 60 carbs per day.

I love intermittent fasting 18/6, I still get hungry from 1:00 to 3:00 but it's so much better than being hungry 24/7.

check you levels on vitamins/minerals and just eat - not go crazy but not be starving either. increasing protein is always my first thing.
