Anyone with some nice breakfast food ideas? Preferably something quick, easy and low fat to prepare

ITT 400 people suggest oatmeal, 100 people suggest some sort of egg on toast/muffin, and the rest suggest fruit smoothies or protein pancakes. Saved you an hour of reading0

Try some overnight oats. It's versatile and you can prep it the night before and grab it on your way out the next morning.
Here's my go to recipe.
50g oats
30g chocolate whey
75g nonfat Greek yogurt
100ml no sugar added almond milk
1 tsp Splenda
50g raspberries
