SW 147 CW 144.5 but not official because I weighed in on Tuesday and was 148 however it was that time of the month(first day) I hopped on the scale today and was 144.5 so we will see on Tuesday next week!

I have been but my weight loss has not been great so I would say it depends on how your body reacts. 1200 calories a day (which is my goal) and a 45 min run do not really work well together for me though.

BTW I saw a recipe on that same web site with the lentils that called for a bean like chili (they put chicken) in a 1/2 spaghetti squash and melted cheese or vegan cheese on top. I plan to put this lentil masala in my 1/2 of spaghetti squash for a good filling dinner instead of the chili! Just a little idea :smile:

Definitely Try to get more water in! A lot of times your body gives you a signal for being hungry but really your just thirsty. It can make a HUGE difference. It also helps get rid of bloat, evens out your skin, bowels, and just makes you have more energy. I love water! :smile:
