Okay so today I've gained calories obviously and about to go for my run... So will prob have nearly 300 calories extra so you say use them?! Exciting!!!

Hi I'm also doing 1200 a day and I swear by porridge breakkie and then a soup for lunch!!! Then I have an apple and a clean dinner, this allows for something naughty in the evening! Good luck x
